It’s not a flaw to admit your age and quit after a good innings, with your faculties still intact. Even the last Pope did it. It is a mark of total dysfunction that a young country will probably be forced to pick between two octogenarians for president next time around (Trump would hit 80 during his second year in office). The oldest age of a president before Biden was Reagan — 77 when he left office. A recent poll found that 68 percent of registered voters — and almost half of Democrats — feel that Biden is “too old for another term.” A poll in September found that 73 percent of Americans want an age limit for public office. The most favored limit? 70. (That was the same age as Ben Franklin when he signed the Declaration of Independence — the oldest of the 56 signatories, whose average age was just 44.) Seems right to me.

They use a self-controlled case series (SCCS) method to explore the risk of death following vaccination or SARS-CoV-2 test in the subsequent 12 weeks and compare that with a “baseline” period which they chose to be any time after 12 weeks.
Healthy Vaccinee Bias. There was clear decreased incidence in all cause registered death and all cause hospital deaths immediately after vaccination. Because it is most pronounced in the first 2 weeks and only lasts 3 weeks, it’s highly implausible that it is the vaccine’s effect on COVID-19.
The clearest finding of the paper was a 250% increased rate of cardiac death in the 12 weeks following non-mRNA vaccination in females 12-29.
There was also a 70% increase in cardiac death post dose 2 mRNA in males
signals are more likely to be underestimates than overestimates due to healthy vaccine bias.

The strongest argument in defense of the response to COVID goes like this…it was widespread fear that was the primary driver of the devastation that we witnessed during COVID. We can call this the “pure fear” argument. This argument is implied by the mainstream use of the term “pandemic disruptions” as a catch-all for that vast social, psychological, and economic devastation.
for the following reasons, the “pure fear” argument, like all other arguments in defense of the response to COVID, fails to withstand scrutiny.
Governments deliberately used propaganda on their own citizens to ratchet up fear of COVID and increase compliance with restrictions.
Studies have borne out that it was governments’ own lockdown measures that were most responsible for the widespread fear of COVID.
There’s no evidence that fear of COVID had reached anywhere near the level of mass hysteria responsible for this level of devastation prior to lockdowns.
Sweden, which was unique among western nations in that it had no lockdown and few COVID mandates to speak of, ultimately experienced the lowest excess death rate of any OECD nation from 2020 to 2022.
In general, health officials argued for COVID restrictions to be even stricter.
Laws and recommendations are requests that governments make of their citizens, and in the instances in which COVID mandates were enforced, those enforcements could be devastating.
Western leaders’ best excuse is that foreign influence, rather than their own errors, was the primary driver of widespread hysteria during COVID. The current preferred terminology includes: sustainable and inclusive. And equity: which to the rulers means we all get the same justice; we are all exposed to the single narrative and we all get the remdesivir but not the ivermectin or HCQ.
Sustainable means that your standard of living must drop because according to the rulers it is unsustainable. That is true if they engineer depressions, wars and such. Inclusive means you get the jab (preferably mRNA) whether you want it or not. Everyone is included. No one is allowed to opt out.

Without extensive autopsies, pathology research, and individual-level statistical exploration, we cannot know the exact mechanism that caused 21% more than normal deaths among Brits in the week ending on Mar 31, 2023, and that caused 11% more than normal deaths among Germans around the same time.

Kennedy has his own strong channel of communication with his followers, so major media can’t black him out.
Conservative websites tend to like him. They’ll give him space and coverage.
Kennedy isn’t a dedicated socialist. That’s a surprise. He wants to make mega-corporations pay for the damage they do. As in: shell out big bucks to clean up the poisonous pollution they spread into the environment.
If he can get past the network censors and stand on stage for televised debates during the campaign, and get face time, Kennedy will stir up a good kind of trouble. He’ll make points people need to hear. He’ll mean business.
I want him to have as much visibility as possible. I want him to cause as much good trouble as possible. I want Democrats to remember some of the issues they used to champion, before they decided everyone they disagree with has to be shouted down, attacked, and called a racist.
Kennedy has visibility.
The DNC doesn’t want him around.
